I was married for 11 years, I was diganosed with a chronic illness before the divorce. That was the actual begining of the end of my marriage. My now ex husband was mentally and emotionally abusive and kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with me, even after actual confirmations from 3 different doctors and tests. The divorce was nasty and bitter. He moved out of the country to live with his girlfriend/new wife and their 2 kids. He had 1 kid with her before the divorce was even final. He got everything (Becasue he sold everything during the divorce and was under a court order to not dispose of any marital property, but he got away with it any way. I have our now 10 year old son and I am completely starting over. I managed to purchase a mobile home in a very nice community. The owners are financing it for me, but I was unaware and was not told of the LEAKS in the ceiling and bathroom and now I have black mold growing, with my chronic illness and the conditions I am now living in, I am getting ill. I am now unemployed and can barley pay the bills I have. As for christmas, there will not be one at our home. The ex has not chosen to see his own son in over 3 years. He has called him twice in the past month and each time he does, my son gets very angry and acts out, especially at school. Counseling for him costs $130 per session and the schools has given me no choice but to get him with a pschycologist or he will be KICKED out of school. He sees the counselor at school, but they wnat him to get more help. I do wake up everyday with a positive attitude, that this may be the day that something changes. I still have faith in GOD. Not to mention that I was suppose to inheirate a home that I lived in, but my step sister is VERY GREEDY! had a fake will drawn up when she found out my step father, her father was dying of cancer. She got everything... TOOK EVERYTHING away from my mom, even the home her and my stepfather built and she lived in for 13+ years! Left her with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I need Help. I would love to have a JOB! I also need an attorney to see if there is anything I can do about the people that sold me this mobile home, the contract contains all kinds of errors and I really beleive they knew about the mold problem when they sold it to me. I am also suppose to be getting an inheiritance from my late step fathers estate, i would love to have an attorney help me get that ASAP!!!! These are what I need help with.
