It's Jan 2nd and I need assistance paying rent. I'm a single adoptive mom just trying to keep a roof over my families head. I just need help until I can get my income built up. I work hard every day, but I don't get an hourly wage. I work for myself, marketing my skills in order to use them to generate an income. If I got paid for effort, I'd be rich.
