I am a totally blind beginning bagpipe student. I am also attending university. I would like to attend the Balmoral School of Piping & Drumming because playing the bagpipes and being in a pipe band is a place where I can go and no one judges me by my disability. It is a week long course of music education. They have some scholarships, but the scholarships are just for high school students. The tuition is $795.
